We just migrated to a new clustered Cisco unified Call Manager cluster and have found a potential issue that I thought I'd see if anyone else has run into. Since the migration, we are not seeing all the calls listed in our VNQM VoIP Summary view. As a test, after adding the new Call Manager, I added a second server to send the CDR records and CMR records to. I noticed in the log files that there is a name matching occurring that is only picking up a small number of the record files. I'm trying to see if anyone else has come across this where the number of calls, according to VoIP, has drastically fallen after implementing a new Cisco CUCM cluster. I do have a case open with SolarWinds on this, but wanted to check with the forum to see if I was alone in this or if others had already been through this themselves.
