Automatic login using command line parameters?

We are using MRC v9 and would like to use the command line to pass the host/user/password combination. Here is a sample of what the command line looks like:

DWRCC.exe -c: -h: -m:10.10.10.1 -u:administrator -p:"p@ssw0rd"

When MRC starts, it halts at the Windows screen requiring the 3-finger salute of control-alt-delete. Is there someway of bypassing this and ending up at the desktop logged in as the user passed on the command line?
