Does Solarwinds SFTP/SCP server supports Windows 2012R2 ??

I have installed the SFTP/SCP server in Windows 2012 R2 server and it works for a while and all of a sudden it stops working until i reboot the server. Restarting of the SolarWinds service doesn't help nor reinstall of it. Whenever i restart the solarwinds service the port 22 stops listening until i reboot the server.....

I think it is not compatible with 2012 R2? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated !!
