Hello all,
I have just began learning SolarWinds and plan to make heave use of it. However, I noticed in the NPM Summary, the greater majority of the Nodes have been marked as Unknown. I thought SolarWinds NPM was able to identify devices for their make/model/service tag, etc... Is there anything I can do to remedy the identification issue?
