Continuous MAC Address notification traps sent for one device

I do not think this is a Solarwinds issue but a Cisco one but want to verify before I open a case with Cisco.

I set up a MAC change trap for the ports on our switches so we can track device changes and etc.  The issue I am seeing is Solarwinds is filling up with the same trap every couple minutes.  This is flooding the log and making it virtually impossible to monitor.
