Any way to access saved SNMP v3 passwords?

I recently took over for someone no longer with our company and am trying to setup another tool for SNMP with my cisco switches. Unfortunately I do not have the password and really would like to avoid redoing SNMP v3 passwords on every switch. The passwords are obviously saved somewhere within Solarwinds, they are working, but "dotted" out so I cannot see them. Anyone know way to mine this data?
