Hardware Health Monitoring

I understand you require SAM for Health Monitoring servers in NPM.

We have SAM installed but only the 150 license, does enabling Hardware Health Monitoring use up SAM licenses and if not is there anyway of mass enabling all our servers for Hardware Health monitoring?
