We've got the agent running on an IIS 8.0 (Windows Server 2012) web server in a DMZ. We've been having an issue where the log parsing monitor for various websites goes into an unknown state ('Component "Log Parsing Monitor (siteName)" for application "Microsoft IIS" on node "ServerName" is in an unknown state') for several minutes at a time, then comes back, then goes unknown, etc.
This might happen for one website or multiple at the same time. I knew the previous agent version had some issues, so I was hopeful that the newly-released version would resolve this, but it does not appear to have done so. Since the agent was updated, the server in question has been rebooted, and I've redone the "configure server" option within the Edit Application Monitor page for that server, but neither of these things seems to have made a difference.
Anyone know what can/should be done to resolve this, or if it's a known bug?
