Hi all,
I have created a new SAM template which I want to use to monitor one of our in-house pieces of software. I need to monitor several Windows services (server 2008 R2) but the service shows as unmanaged and I can see the error "Unexpected error occurred. Invalid class" in the component details, even though the service status shows as running (shown in attached file).
I have tried deleting and re-adding the node and have tested WMI on the remote server which is working normally. I also ran 'winmgmt /resyncperf' and 'winmgmt /resetrepository' for good measure but this hasn't helped.
Can anyone make any other suggestions of what to try?
