Array status is unknown

We have recently upgraded to SRM from STM. Having added the array we are getting the message "Array status is unknown". We have added a NetApp FAS2040 which has two controllers. We have setup direct polling and the array credentials tested fine. The array information does seem to be populated but we are not sure if everything is working as it should be.Can anyone confirm that we should be recieving the status as unkown.
