Showing event ID and Message in mail

Hello,

I have an application monitor called Masterpos Storeworld 5 and this monitor checks the event log for errors.

Now this application monitor has found errors and shows them, but how can I get the following messages in an email?

I want: Level, Event ID, date and time and the message:
