Engineers Toolset 10.9 error

I've just installed NPM 10.5.0 and NTA 3.11 and then I upgraded Engineers Toolset from 10.7 to 10.9.(with all 3 Hot Fixes):

After all I found errors with 2 Toolset's applications:

Is it anything to fix by myself or more complex problem?
