CPU alerts, reporting top ten

Hello, After I upgraded from 6.1.1 to 6.2.1, this is no longer giving any stats in the alert. Here is what is in the body:

Node: ${Caption}
CPU Load: ${CPULoad}.

Also, after the upgrade alerts are coming in for less than what is supposed to be triggered (95%). Some as low as 2%!
