IPAM Scanning halted

Our environment is:

W2K8 SP1

SQL 2008 SP1

IPAM 4.3,

NCM 7.2.2,

NPM 11.5.2,

NTA 3.11.0,

IVIM 2.1.0,

VNQM 4.2.2

We just upgraded IPAM 4.0 to 4.3.  Before the upgrade, I'd noticed that the scanning was out of date (Last discovery: weeks prior).  A manual scan showed status: Queued.  I saw a Thwack thread which suggested renaming JobEngine35 and using the original JobEngine35 template in its place.  Somebody also reported successful scanning after a reboot.  When neither of those options worked, I ran the upgrade to 4.3 but that didn't fix me either.  Have you seen this issue?  What's the fix?
