Process Monitor in Linux Server

Hi,

I have enabled process monitoring for java process in a Linux server. But I observed that the value of CPU load for the process is different from that in the server.

Can some tell me how Solarwinds is converting the data polled from the server to percentage value.

I found in blogs that Solarwinds is using hrSWRunPerfCPU for getting the data.
