So I downloaded the SRM 6.2 RC and connected to Hitachi HiCommand using the HDC (external provider) option and it connected successfully and showed all of the storage arrays and LUNs for about 10 minutes. Everything looked good and it was getting stats on the LUNs. Then things started getting weird. Some Arrays and LUNs started showing that they weren't able to be connected to but others were still working fine. They are all being polled though the same SRM provider so I am confused how some are working correctly and others are not able to be connected to. I attached a screenshot of what I am seeing. All the arrays under Hitachi are being polled via a single provider.
The provider connection tests successfully but seems to be waffling between unavailable and available when I look at it but when I actively test the connection it always comes back as successful.
I am going to leave it overnight and see if it stabilizes.
Anyone else come across this with this RC??
