Working my **** off to try and find bandwidth hogs, streamers, and an Network hog! Ping, Tracert, and Open Source products only go so far!!!
2) Which SolarWinds product(s) saved your bacon?
VNQM - Found a bad Codec before it caused a lot of issues!
3) Did you consider other options, and why did you choose SolarWinds?
My research included 16 products and Solarwinds was the overall winner on products offered, coverage, an price!
4) How has life been since you've rolled out SolarWinds in your environment?
A bit of crazyness with updates breaking my install, but when my SW NPM etc server is functioning properly, I am a happy sysadmin!
