I've got SRM 6.2 Build #6.2.0.625 running and collecting data from a V7000 running v7.4.0.1 of the OS. I had high hopes because we have a number of V7000s, one V3700 and a couple SVCs that we want to monitor with SRM. Unfortunately I'm missing Latency for the LUNs. See the screenshot from SRM as well as one from STM for the same system below. I've sorted the SRM LUNs by Performance view ascending and descending, but all the latencies are 0ms. If you look at the STM screenshot you will see that we actually have very high latencies on a number of LUNs on this system.
We are also missing something about Disks because they all show up as Red in the other screenshot below.
Should I open a ticket on this or let it ride in Thwack?
