How would you migrate Reports, ICMP Nodes (with names), Schedules, Custom Polling, etc. from one NPM or NCM to a new instance running with a new version of NCM or NPM?

We're installing a brand new instance of the latest version of NCM along side the previous version.

Without having to upgrade the old version first, how would you migrate its templates, alerts, groups, users, etc. to the new and separate instance that runs the latest version of NCM?
