realtime detection change problem

Hi all..

i already configure real-time change detection using snmp trap .

device has been configure to send snmp trap to ncm and work .

but when i try to running notepad.exe in alert action to test if it work but not work for me.

i have read the documentation and follow the guide for this.

any one can help me
