We are seeking to replace a very aged and disfunctional instance of IBM's Tivoli platform which we currently use to display and manage alerts from Solarwinds, Nagios (and other environements) in our Network Operations Center. We need something that is hosted in our DC, so nothing SaaS will really work. We are a large MSP and monitor both customer devices and networks as well as our own backbone and use a mixture of Kiwi, Nagios, Solarwinds, Statseeker, and other tools to provide and display alerts for real-time acknowledgement.
The list of features we would like to have are:
- Ticket Integration
- SLA and MTTR calculations
- Realtime event dashboard with ability to ack and create (or update) a ticket based on alarm contents and the ability to clear previously ack'd events.
We have a budget of about $100K to spend on the new solution, does anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to solutions we can try? (And yes, we tried Alert Central, it just doesnt have enough bang)
