Switchport Mapper Using SNMPv3 does not show DNS or IP

Does anyone have an issue with port mapper NOT showing the DNS name and IP when doing a scan on say a closet switch like a Cisco 3548. To be honest I haven't used port scanner in a very long time but now I need it. Here is what I do:

1. Enter IP of switch

2. Use SNMPv3 credential

3. Map Ports

I get a bunch of info back. See below but I do not get the DNS or IP. I have tried several options like using a Layer 3 device. I have GetBulk checked. Can someone offer some advice on what I am missing. Oh and I am using version 11.0.0.338 toolset.
