Hi all,
Trying to allow a vendor to generate tickets in WHD, but their emails are rejected, reason "INVALID_EMAIL_REQUEST" - "E-mail was auto generated. Ignoring." I have the external domain set up as a Location that can create tickets, and I have the domain listed as Allowed under both email and client options. The "Only if e-mail matches an Accepted Domain" box is ticked for both too. Support seems to be stumped. Anyone been able to get this to work?
