We had a build NPM 11.1, and after installing 11.5, I get an Internal Server Error 500 after installation. I engaged Solarwinds support, they tried to re-install it, did not work same error. They escalate two 2 Application Engineers, they tried to remove IIS and other windows stuff, did not work.
We rebuild a new machine, this time on VM, and after the first install of 11.5, I get an Internal Server Error 500. Tried to uninstall then reinstall, same issue.
Any idea how to make this work? IIS is working as verified by the Windows Admin.
