Upgradation of all solarwinds module

Hi,

i have following versions of solarwinds:-

Orion Platform 2013.1.0,   SAM 5.5.0, NCM 7.2,  NPM 10.5,  NTA 3.11.0, IVIM 1.6.0 © 1995-2013     

I want to upgrade it to the latest version. Please suggest  the way i can complete this task with very less downtime.
