We are currently upgrading our outdated helpdesk system which runs on version 10. Version 10 is live. I have installed version 12 on a separate VM. I copied the current live web help desk database (SQL) to a different SQL server and pointed the new helpdesk to the copy of the database. I get an error message now when trying to log onto the new helpdesk. As a side note, the current live database is in SQL 2005+ and the database that the new helpdesk (version 12) is SQL 2008+. Could this be why I am seeing this error? it takes FOREVER for solarwinds support to respond! Below are some screen caps.
