Just need to vent here.
Opened a case 6 days ago, it goes off to some place in Asia, still awaiting them to engage and start the case.
Rang this morning to talk to someone who promised he would get onto his manager and ring me back, you guessed it, no call back from solarwinds.
Trying again their support line and currently waiting to get through to support after 14mins..
Don't waste your time paying so support guys.
Its a race to the bottom here.
