Unmanage Schedule Utility access denied error

I am trying to setup my first scheduled job to unmanage some Oracle databases for several hours every night.  I am getting this error:

"Unmanage Oracle Databases.job" (Unmanage Oracle Databases.cmd) 3/18/2013 11:00:00 PM ** ERROR **

Unable to start task.

The specific error is:

0x80070005: Access is denied.

Try using the Task page Browse button to locate the application.

I originally created the task (.cmd file) while logged in to the SW Unmanage Task Editor using my Windows user id.  But, I quickly realized that it should be under a generic user id.  So, I logged out/in with the generic id and re-created the task & saved the .cmd file with the same name.  (I was still logged in to the server with my personal id.)    [The instructions on the home task editor page state "Type the name and password of the user who is associated with this task.  If you have used a Windows account to connect to Orion server when the task was created, you should use the same user name and password when you create the schedule."I then changed the scheduled job's 'Run as' to use the generic id.  What else am I missing?  Do I just delete everything and start over?  What access does my generic id need?

Thanks for your help!

p.s.  I hope I posted this in the right forum.  I couldn't find one for this utility and it looks like others have put their questions in multiple places.  And, why can't I paste a picture into this editor?  I can when I create an idea.
