Server network interfaces unavailable after primary poller migration to new server

We are experiencing a strange issue after moving our entire Orion environment to new servers.

Here is our operating environment:

  • Orion Platform 2015.1.2 with HF6, NPM 11.5.2 with HF3, QoE 2.0, IVIM 2.1.0, SAM 6.2.2
  • All servers are running Windows Server 2012 R2, fully updated
  • DB on SQL Server 2014 fully updated
  • 5 Additional Polling Engines

After moving all of our polling engines to new servers, we changed the polling engine for all of the old monitored nodes in one fell swoop to the new poller. After doing this we now see a massive amount of unknown network interfaces - like so:

Even when rediscovering or "List Resources" the NICs still don't appear.

No matter what we do, the network interfaces will not appear when trying to discover them.

We didn't yet remove the old poller from the environment so we moved the workloads back, but the NICs still don't re-appear.

We deleted the node, then tried to re-add it, and the NICs still are not found in list resources.

We have also changed the polling types from WMI, to SNMP, to Agent. The NICs will not show up.

Any ideas?
