Hello,

I need to export some of our application monitor templates to a file so I can import into another installation of SAM. My issue is that when I select the option to Export to File nothing really happens. I get to a new page saying

Export Template

Your template download will begin shortly. Please wait.

but the download never actually takes place. I assumed it was a browser issue so I tried three browsers (IE 11, Chrome 46, and Firefox 40) and I get the same behavior with all three browsers. I've checked the default download location for all three browsers and there is nothing there. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it? I've seen this posted a few times but not resolution. I would rather not recreate these monitors in our other environment if I do not have to. Thanks!
