Upgrade from NPM 11.5.1 to 11.5.2 issue

Upgaded from NPM 11.5.1 to 11.5.2 After the install, the website would not display the network atlas or anything else. Clicking on the website would not take you anywhere. It seemed to just be an issue with the website, because alerts were still functioning correctly. The fix turned out to be to:

1. Run a repair on Orion Core ServicesImage may be NSFW.
