Error Adding Array in STM (Profiler

Hi.

I dont have that much xp with SAN or STM/SRM, im trying to add two EMC VNX, one 5400 and one 5600, i followed the steps described in the admin guide, installed the SMI-S provider, added the arrays to the SMI-S using testsmiprovder.exe and using the command DV i can see one of the VNX registered in the SMI-S, but when i try to add that array in STM i got an error that the SMI-S is not responding, even if the TEST show in green as correct

i tested the basics, required ports open, etc., restarted SMI-S, ¿How can i diagnose what is wrong?
