I want to know if it's possible to suspend a performance component counter and\or Application Monitor during a predefined maintenance window. For example, we receive a lot of Page Writes/sec alerts on a few of our nodes and have determined that it is during our backup window. We prefer not to unmanage the node or create a monitoring schedule for the application monitor because both of these options suspend ALL monitoring. We prefer to just suspend the performance counter. Any ideas and suggestions are welcome. Thank you!
