Do alerts filter themselves based off of Scheduled Tasks

As some of you may have in your environment, you schedule regular reboots of your servers and sometimes you get alerted  that the node is down.

I was wondering if by enabling WIndows Schedule Tasks monitoring in SAM that it would would silence the alert since the reboot is a scheduled task.

Anyone have any experience with this?
