I know we've all had our rough spots with support over the years, but I wanted to share a good experience I had today.
I had added a new box to our NCM stable but was receiving 'connection refused' while attempting to grab the config.
Double-checked all my stuff and it looked legit - we have other devices identical to this one that work flawlessly. Of course, the code rev on this new one's one step up.
Anyway, submitted a ticket via the portal not expecting to hear back for a day or two - and this was okay. I have a workaround in place.
Imagine my surprise when I got pinged back from support within 2 hours!
I supplied the requested traces, etc.
Less than an hour later, I had a confirmation of a bug that's being worked by dev.
Excellent turnaround and a substantive answer to boot....pretty cool.
