Email alerts aren't correct.

I have created a email template having 500 servers to send emails for disk space alerts. Threshold is set to 90% so when disk space usage reached 90% or above, email will be triggered. But few servers are sending email alerts on 77% 80% etc. What could be the issue when I have set it to 90%. It shouldn't send alerts less than 90%.
