Failover Cluster - Alert when Active node has changed

So I'm trying to figure out a way to send an alert when the active node of a failover cluster has changed.  I've reviewed the provided failover cluster templates, however I don't see any information in there regarding when the active node has changed.

So I have my DNS name of my cluster resource (VIP) and the System name which shows the current active node.  Is it possible to alert when the System name has changed?  I see the ability to alert on System Name change, however it is reliant on an event being generated in Solarwinds.  However in my testing I see that when the cluster fails over the System Name does change, however no event is generated in Solarwinds.

Or Is there an event in the eventlog of the windows server that states "XXXX is now the active node" ?

My end goal is to simply receive and email stating Cluster XXXX active node is now XXXX.

Thanks!
