WMI Interface monitoring

I was hoping soemone could help me with this question:

Is Interface monitoring and data collection of network interfaces supported through ICMP and WMI now?

We have Orion Core 2012.2.2, SAM 5.0.1, IPAM 3.1.1, NPM 10.4.2, NTA 3.8.0, IVIM 1.5.0, VNQM 4.0
