Are there any logs that can be checked when troubleshooting email sources that do not appear as alerts?
We are seeing the situation where an email is being received in the AC mailbox, is obviously being processed as the email quickly disappears, but no alert is generated. I'd like to be able to dig through a log, find the email and identify what happens next, and why. My theory is that it applies to some rule or another that is saying "trash it", but not sure where this is.
