I have some servers that are in a DMZ, and I need to access using Solarwinds via WMI. Since these servers are in our DMZ, they are not part of our domain. I created a local account, and added it to the local Administrators group. I'm unable to access the server via WMI using Solarwinds. If I use the local admin account, I can connect to the server via WMI using Solarwinds. I have tried numerous things, but for whatever reason the local user that I create is unable to connect via WMI. I have verified that credentials are correct, by connecting to the server via RDP. Any ideas?
