I press discover at the last stage of the Network Sonar Wizzard but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

I wanted to try the NPM so I downloaded and installed it.

I installed it on a new win7 VM running on Parallels 10 on a MacBook Pro with OSX 10.9.5.

Installation went fine. I am trying to setup the Network Sonar Wizzard but I must be missing something.

It's a simple network with 2 DCs, a firewall and a router that connects to the outside network, plus 10 PCs and 6 Mobile phones.

The PC's are in the domain, the phones are not. The VM running NPM is also not in the domain.

I tried using Firefox, Chrome even IE in case it was the browser's fault but still nothing.

I entered the IP range, the credentials but when I press discover... nothing happens, not even an error message. What am I doing wrong?
