NPM Reports

I want to know what I have to do to get newly created reports, from Report Writer tool, to show up in the Reports section of the Reports resource?

And, before you ask, yes, I know you can create web based reports however you can't use web based reports in the reports resource - hence the reason I am using the report writer.

Is there a better way to run configuration wizard?
