NTA with additional Pollers

I have two questions that center around the same Idea.

1.  I have NPM, NCM, SAM, and NTA installed on a primary server and just NPM APE installed on a secondary server.  The secondary server used to be the primary server before a migration and all flow data is still sent there by our equipment.  Will this NPM APE receive netflow data without having to have a second NTA license installed on the APE or do I have to reconfigure to send flow data to the new server?

2.  If I do have to have additional licenses, is applying them to the additional poller the same as doing a fresh install, I just have to connect the modules to the existing primary database?
