Our HR staff submits a ticket as a user regarding a new employee.
Managers cannot see the ticket because they are users as well and I have not seen a way to add them or to automate the process by department.
Techs can see the tickets via tech groups.
The users needs to be able to see the tickets in their queue to track the progress of their new hires (and I am tired of getting calls asking for it).
We are using WHD v12.3.0.
