Permissions to view a map in Solarwinds

Hi

We have a new service desk tool which we are looking to add a Solarwinds map into (to show system availability).  The problem is if the users of the service desk tool does not have permissions within Solarwinds it cannot view the map.  My question is this, can we add login credentials into the map url to remove this problem?  Or is there another way around this problem without having to create Solarwinds accounts for all the users?
