After installing the latest updates (Orion Platform 2013.1.0, SAM 5.5.0, IPAM 4.0, NPM 10.5, NTA 3.11.0, IVIM 1.6.0)
my scheduled jobs are now failing. Even a new one I setup yesterday with the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) fails with the same error.
Any thoughts? How does Orion convert the report to a PDF?
If I try to run it manually from IE, I get a pop up certificate error. Once I fill in the entire FQDN and provide a login/password, the report portion runs fine.
When I choose to convert to a PDF, I get a 'To help protect your security, Internet Explorer blocked this site from downloading files to your computer...." The help provides:
Why does Internet Explorer block some files from being downloaded?
Internet Explorer will block a file from downloading if it appears that you did not request the file. This might happen if a website tries to download files to your computer without your permission or if you requested a file but the download did not start immediately.
When I choose 'download' and re-run the 'Export to PDF' button, it works. So, would the batch job be running into the same type of IE error?
Here's the message I get when the scheduler runs the job ...
